As President of Core Capital Group, Will is responsible for acquisition management, business operations, financial strategy, and all long and short-term financing. Katie Aderoba is the operational backbone of Core Capital Group. As Managing Director, she is responsible for creating and sustaining the tactical initiatives that keep the business running at a high level every single day. Katie's accounting background means she brings both precision and process-orientation to her role, which is exactly what a company operating in multiple markets across multiple deal types requires.
